This INIT is aimed at users with multiple monitors. Most programs bring up the Color Picker (i.e, the colorful wheel) on the main screen. If that screen happens to be black and white, it makes it next to impossible to choose a color. The thing that annoyed me is that my second monitor *is* color. Picker Placer allows the user to choose which monitor the Color Picker should run on.
When a program brings up the Color Picker, the cursor will change into an asterisk. Move the mouse to the screen you want the picker on and click once. The Picker will appear underneath the cursor.
I have a version of this INIT that picks the "best" screen automatically, but this version allows the user to choose which screen is appropriate. Let me know if you find any bugs.
